The free versions of our Apps display advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the Apps, you acknowledge that ads will be displayed and that ad content is provided by third parties.
All content in the Apps — including graphics, designs, characters, and code — is the intellectual property of Kawaii Studio and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.
The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kawaii Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Apps.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
