By downloading, installing, or using Jotli ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Jotli is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use it in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:
Jotli offers auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime purchase to unlock additional features ("Jotli Pro"). Details:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
All tasks, projects, handwriting, and settings you create in Jotli are stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud, your data syncs through Apple's iCloud service. We do not have access to your data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your content.
All content in the App, including graphics, designs, and code, is the intellectual property of Kawaii Studio and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Handwriting recognition is provided as a beta feature and may not always produce accurate results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kawaii Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or tasks.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
